Valley Custom Cutting is a Provincial Meat Plant & full service butcher shop in Smiths Falls, Ontario. We offer custom cuts of local and Canadian meat to walk in customers as well as a self serve freezer section with the option for larger custom freezer orders as well as sides, 1/4's or 1/8ths of Local Beef & Canadian Pork. In our our Provincial Meat Plant, we specialize in custom cutting and wrapping for producers and hunters.

We're different from other meat retailers because all of our products are 100% Canadian. All of our beef is Canadian AAA or higher and is aged a minimum of 21 days. All of our chicken is air chilled and grain fed, as well as hormone, steroid and antibiotic free. And all of our pork comes from Canadian producers known for high quality and ethical standards.
