Blade roasts are “premium” boneless roasts meant for slow roasting, braising/pot roast. This roasts marbling and connective tissue break down for tender, juicy results.

Valley is known for its premium meat. This is no exception. Aged a minimum of 21 days.

Rule of thumb for Sizing a Boneless Roast : 1/2 lb per serving.
