Inside Round roasts are a good, flavourful, lean cut for roasting, but it needs proper cooking—like slow roasting at a low temperature and slicing thinly against the grain—to stay tender

Valley is known for its premium meat. This is no exception. Aged a minimum of 21 days.

Rule of thumb for Sizing a Boneless Roast : 1/2 lb per serving.
