** CLASS 1 MUST TAKEN PRIOR to attending any other classes**

Date: Sunday March 22

Time: 1:00pm

Location: Valley Custom Cutting

Class Details:

  • Learn how to trim a Boneless & Break down a Bone In Pork Loin.
  • Learn how to cut into Chops, Roasts, Schnitzel & Kabobs.
  • You will take home the meat you have cut & packaged.+$$ if you want to bring home a knife

** All meat you cut & package is yours to take home at the end of the class & is included in class fee.

Class length is approximate.

You will be provided with all tools needed.

You must wear closed toed shoes and clean clothing.

All knives, Hairnets, Coats, etc will be provided to you for use during class.

Approximate time: 2hrs +/-
